Ms. Hatch is the Office Manager for the Transition Team at ICI. In this position, Ms. Hatch coordinates and schedules all training activities for the Check & Connect program, including contractual, logistical, and financial details. She also supports the Transition to Post-Secondary Education for Students with Disabilities (TPSID), and Making a Map: Finding My Way Back (MAP) projects. Ms. Hatch holds a Bachelor's of Science in Horticulture and English Writing from the University of Minnesota.
