All Means All School-to-Work Project is a federally funded 3 year grant project dedicated to finding what works for all learners in school-to-work. It is a joint effort between the Institute on Community Integration at the University of Minnesota and the Minnesota Department of Children, Families, and Learning. The purpose of the All Means All Project is to recognize and celebrate the efforts of local school-to-work partners who are committed to doing "whatever it takes" to ensure access to and benefit by all learners within their local school-to-work system.

National Transition Alliance for Youth with Disabilities (NTA) seeks the formation of one education system that benefits from the lessons learned from special education, regular education, and vocational education. The NTA is working to create a brighter future for all youth transitioning from school to employment, postsecondary experiences and independent living, and to bridge between agencies responsible for providing transition services and the lessons learned from people in the disabilities field.
National Transition Network, at the Institute on Community Integration (UAP), University of Minnesota, provides technical assistance and evaluation services to states with grants for Transition Systems Change and School-to-Work Implementation and Development. The general mission of NTN is to strengthen the capacity of individual states to effectively improve transition and school-to-work policies, programs, and practices as they relate to youth with disabilities. In addition to direct technical assistance to states with projects, NTN develops and disseminates a variety of policy publications and other networking activities.
School-To-Work Internet Gateway is operated by the National School-to-Work Learning and Information Center. Here you will find current school-to-work information such as resources, announcements and publications.
School-to-Work Transition is located in the Pathways to School Improvement website (a product of the North Central Regional Educational Laboratory). This link within their site includes information, contacts and resources on a variety of "Critical Issues" in school-to-work transition.
Transition to Work Program is a unique college campus program consisting of a 2-year curriculum for adults classified as mildly developmentally disabled, with I.Q. 68-90. Classes are offered in the fall, winter, and spring. This is the only such program offered on a college campus in the Bay Area for adults with disabilities who might not otherwise succeed in regular college classes. The program's underlying goals of vocational education and independent living are reflected in such classes as consumer writing, consumer purchasing, and computer access evaluation/word processing.
